Career through Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in the ZillerSeasons
Our goal is to provide the best possible training for our apprentices. To achieve this, we established the in-house ZillerSeasons Apprenticeship Academy in 2015.
As part of these internal training sessions, our apprentices receive support for vocational school, preparation for apprenticeship competitions, and ongoing professional development. Our dedicated employee coach trains our trainees in areas such as personal development, presentation skills, professional competence, etiquette with international guests, responsibility, and much more.
In the context of our apprenticeship training, we offer you various opportunities for your apprenticeship.
The Trial Apprenticeship
During a trial apprenticeship (which consists of so-called practical work days or weeks), you have the opportunity to get to know your desired profession and the potential training company.
By observing, asking questions, and trying out various tasks, you can determine if this profession is the right fit for you. Since the trial apprenticeship takes place during the school year, you are also covered by health and accident insurance.
After your trial apprenticeship, you should reflect on the following questions:
- Is this profession right for me?
- Do I want to explore other professions?
- What career opportunities does this apprenticeship offer me?

The Vocational "Matura"
As an apprentice, you have the opportunity to take the Vocational Matura (Vocational Qualification Examination) free of charge and in parallel to your apprenticeship.
This allows you to attend colleges, academies, universities, and universities of applied sciences after completing your apprenticeship. The Vocational Matura consists of four subject exams: German, Mathematics, a foreign language of your choice, and a subject area from your professional practice.
