The apprenticeship as a pastry chef allows creative confectioners to flourish. In our Eden Patisserie, you will learn how to create desserts and pastries.

You will produce all kinds of pastry products, such as cakes and tarts from various doughs like yeast dough, puff pastry, Danish pastry, shortcrust pastry, and sponge mixtures, as well as sugar confections (e.g., marzipan products, candies), fruit products (e.g., jams, jellies, fruit preserves), and chocolate confections (e.g., chocolates and pralines).

The apprenticeship for a pastry chef lasts 3 years.

In MalisGarten, culinary experiences are offered. Our gourmet restaurant, Heleni, has been awarded two toques by Gault Millau and two forks by Falstaff. Malis Wilde Kräuterküche combines the beneficial effects of herbs with incomparable flavors. In the Eden Patisserie, daily sweet delights are created, such as tempting macarons and refreshingly fruity tarts, as well as the MalisGarten Signature Cake made from our (secret) house recipe, along with handcrafted chocolate creations.

During your apprenticeship in the ZillerSeasons kitchen, you will receive your apprentice salary 14 times a year.

The creativity and finesse involved in the preparation of desserts make the hearts of pastry chefs and guests soar. An international career is a popular path in pastry making.

A career as a pastry chef or head pastry chef is just as possible as running your own establishment. The master examination for pastry chefs is the next level of further education after completing your apprenticeship.
