Hotel Management Apprentice (m/f/d)

Do you love guest contact just as much as numbers and working on the computer? The vocational training as a Hotel Management Specialist combines both! You will take care of guests from around the world at the reception, handle check-ins and check-outs, and create offers for our guests. You will also be involved in developing offers and marketing. You will be well-versed in inventory management and assist with the facility management concept.

The training period for a Hotel Management Specialist lasts 3 years.

In the ZillerSeasons establishments, the training for a Hotel Management Specialist provides insights into the areas of Reception, Front Office, Back Office, Marketing, and Facility Management.

Depending on where your talents lie, we will intensify the training in your preferred area. Ongoing in-house training is a matter of course.

During your apprenticeship in the ZillerSeasons hotels, you will receive your apprentice salary 14 times a year.
