Apprenticeships in the ZillerSeasons

Restaurant Specialist Apprentice (m/f/d)

As a restaurant specialist, you take on the role of the host in an establishment, ensuring that guests feel completely comfortable.

You advise guests on their drink and food selections, take their orders, serve the requested drinks and dishes, and handle the payment.

Additionally, you create menus, decorate the premises, set the tables, and make important preparations for gastronomic events and celebrations, such as banquets, receptions, weddings, or birthday parties. In fine dining, restaurant specialists also perform various tasks at the guests' tables or at the sideboard, such as filleting, carving, or flambéing.

The training period to become a restaurant specialist lasts 3 years.
