Hotel and Hospitality Assistant Apprentice (m/f/d)

This profession combines direct guest contact with organizational and administrative tasks behind the scenes. As a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the entire establishment.

You will receive booking requests from guests and travel agencies, coordinate room occupancy, and assist with promotional activities. At the reception, you will welcome and bid farewell to guests, address their wishes and complaints, and inform them about current cultural and leisure offerings.

In your organizational tasks, you will also work closely with the kitchen and service departments, as well as housekeeping. For example, you will prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff, create daily menus, and manage orders for goods and food supplies. You will be well-acquainted with modern inventory management programs and reservation systems.

The apprenticeship for a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant lasts 3 years.

In the ZillerSeasons establishments, we provide our Hotel and Hospitality Assistant apprentices with intensive training in the areas of reception, front office, back office, service, and organization.

Depending on where your talents lie, we will deepen your training in your preferred hotel department. Ongoing in-house training is a matter of course.

During your apprenticeship in the ZillerSeasons hotels, you will receive your apprentice salary 14 times a year.
