In our exclusive spas, you care for a discerning international clientele at the highest level and become part of a small, well-coordinated team of six spa professionals who work with heart, skill, and meticulous attention to detail.
Our philosophy blends modern treatment methods with the power of nature — we work with premium natural skincare products and herbs from our own herb garden.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Completed massage therapy qualification
- Strong anatomical knowledge and confident treatment skills
- Calm, well-groomed appearance and a genuine service mindset
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of teamwork and delivering high-level guest care
Software skills (advantageous):
TAC, Protel
Languages:
Confident communication in German or English; additional languages welcome
Qualifications
Requirements | Tasks | Responsibilities
Delivery of high-quality spa treatments in line with the spa concept, in particular:
- Classic partial and full-body massages
- Back, head & neck massage; foot reflexology; sports massage (trigger point, lymphatic and fascia techniques)
- Manual lymphatic drainage; hot stone; pine, herbal stamp and aroma massages
- Pregnancy and relaxation treatments
- Fascia and cupping techniques
Spa Operations & Guest Care:
- Supervising and monitoring saunas
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in treatment rooms as well as pool and sauna areas
- Replenishing and maintaining tea and snack stations
- Towel service in the bathing area
- Personalized guest consultation
- Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
