Are there employee accommodations?
The ZillerSeasons have three employee houses with rooms and small studios, as well as apartments in Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen/Finkenberg.

Is there a probationary period and how long does it last?
The probationary period in our establishments is generally 2 weeks.

How many vacation days am I entitled to?
You are entitled to 25 vacation days (5 weeks) per year if you are employed all year round.

Is there WLAN in the staff accommodation?
Yes, WLAN is available in all staff accommodation and rooms.

Are there opportunities for career changers?
Yes, we welcome career changers! If you are interested in a career in the hospitality industry, we offer special education and training programs to prepare you for your new position, even if you have no industry-specific experience. Good onboarding from our employees will give you a great start and the opportunity to develop and learn new things.
